Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Availability: Nights and Weekends — provider should be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, ideally 2 weeks per month
Patient Load: 18–22 patients per shift
Requirements:
- Active Alaska (AK) medical license
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM)
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Clean background for expedited credentialing.
