Hospitalist Opportunity – Academic Hospital Setting
* Location: Phoenix, AZ | Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position*
Position Highlights

* Manage medically complex patients in an advanced tertiary and transplant center (heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas, and stem cell)

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary model not based on RVU production

Schedule
* Approximately 160 shifts/year for day physicians
* Approximately 130 shifts/year for nocturnists
* 12-hour shifts (day shifts in 5-day blocks; night schedule flexible by preference)
Practice Model
* Team-based care with Advanced Practice Providers
* Average patient load of approximately 15 per day
* Care across Med/Surg, Med/Surg Tele, and Progressive Care Units
* Procedures not required; ultrasound experience preferred

Qualifications
* Board-certified in Internal Medicine
* At least one year of inpatient practice experience preferred (exceptional new graduates considered)
