You'll join a collegial, well-supported team serving a diverse patient population in a modern facility with specialty consults readily available. Position Highlights

  • Independent, community-owned hospital with zero debt
  • Schedule: 5-On/10-Off or 10-On/20-Off; Day Shifts Only
  • Admissions: 3-7 per day | Rare overnight call (once in two years)
  • Census: 25-28 total, shared between 2 providers
  • Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM | No nocturnist duties required
  • ICU: 6-bed open unit; procedures optional (ED & Anesthesia support available)
  • Consults: Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurology, Surgery & more
  • Compensation: $200-$225/hour + $35/hour call pay
  • PTO: Generous PTO | CME $3,000 + 40 hours
  • Added incentives: Occurrence malpractice (with tail), sign-on bonus, relocation, loan repayment
