Join a cohesive and well-established hospitalist team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of collaboration and support. We’re seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced lifestyle.

Position Highlights:

• Established Team: Work alongside 13 physicians, 4 advanced practice providers, and a dedicated clinical performance nurse who provides invaluable support.
• Collaborative Environment: Daytime intensivist coverage with tele-ICU support overnight ensures seamless patient management.
• Flexible Scheduling: Options available for full-time or part-time, 7-on/7-off, primarily daytime schedules to promote work-life balance.
• Compensation: $300K base salary plus incentives, and a $50K commencement bonus.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wyoming.
• 2026 residents are welcome to apply.

Practice Environment:

• Manage complex and rewarding cases in a semi-open ICU setting.
• Engage in academic opportunities through teaching medical students from the University of Washington.
• Participate in quarterly team meetings focused on continuous improvement and physician engagement.
