Hospitalist Opportunity – Southeastern Alabama - $100K Signing Bonus

A hospital-employed group at a large regional referral center in southeastern Alabama is seeking additional BC/BE Internal Medicine-trained physicians to join its expanding Hospitalist program. The facility is a 420-bed not-for-profit hospital that manages its own well-established and growing inpatient service.

Practice Highlights:

• 7-on / 7-off block schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Average daily census: 15–20 patients per physician

• No procedures required

• Dedicated intensivist and 24/7 Pulm/CC support

• Robust subspecialty support, including in-house radiology 24/7

• Throughput initiatives in place to reduce LOS

• EPIC EMR system

• No call responsibility

• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts or earn shift differential as a nocturnist
