Location: AdventHealth Ocala
Start Date: **MUST BE ABLE TO START upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4–6 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated nocturnist to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. This is a nocturnist position with no day/swing shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:

15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $325,000+

Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income

RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:

Admissions (10-14 on average)

APP and residents work nightly to assist with admissions and floor calls

No procedures or codes required

Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
