Job Title: Locum Physician - Hospitalist - OB

Job Responsibilities:
- Triage and deliver Genesis OB patients, with an average of 65-80 deliveries per month.
- Cover ER calls for OB/GYN.
- Conduct rounding on unit patients.
- Manage no doc patients, approximately 1 or less per day.
- Perform circumcisions, if able (not mandatory).
- Be available for 24-hour in-house call, with consideration for 12-hour shifts if additional coverage can be arranged.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED (FM OB Physicians cannot be accepted).
- Active Iowa License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED.
- Certification in Fetal Monitoring - REQUIRED.
- Minimum availability for weekday coverage (Mon-Fri), with willingness to include weekend shifts.
- Ability to discuss work schedule expectations with the facility prior to submission.
- Two professional references (one from a supervisory role or higher) - REQUIRED.
- Clean malpractice and background history - REQUIRED.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Fetal Monitoring certification by AWOHNN - REQUIRED.
- Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED.
- Active Iowa medical license or IMLC registration - REQUIRED.
