Inpatient Medicine Role | $382k+ | Northern New York

Massena Memorial Hospital, part of the St. Lawrence Health System and affiliated with Rochester Regional Health, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join its dedicated inpatient medicine team in Massena, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a community-focused environment with manageable patient volumes and strong system support.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 7-on / 7-off rotation

• Support: Advanced Practice Providers (7 AM – 7 PM coverage)

• Patient Load: Low to moderate census typical of a rural hospital

• EMR: Epic

• Accepted Specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

• W2 Employment: $382,200 annually

• 1099 Contractor: $382,000 annually plus travel and lodging

• Malpractice insurance included

• 25-bed acute care hospital with ~2,038 annual discharges and ~6,885 patient days annually

• $14 million in recent renovations, including telemetry, imaging, laboratory, and therapy services
