Required Skills
- Current Oregon medical license and board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and labor & delivery management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current obstetric practices and safety protocols
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in high-risk obstetrics and nursery care
- Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish or Native American languages
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Previous locum tenens experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Minimum of 3 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
- Prior experience working in rural or community hospital settings is advantageous
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to Pendleton, OR, for assigned shifts starting December 1, 2025
- BLS, NRP, and (*) OB-related certifications required
- Must adhere to all hospital and state licensing regulations and protocols
- Will be compensated at $214.50 per hour for scheduled shifts
