Required Skills:
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Oregon
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitalist or locum tenens role
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications such as ALSO, NRP, BLS, or ACLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least two years of obstetrics and hospitalist experience
- Prior locum or temporary physician assignments are advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on December 1, 2025
- Ability to work approximately 20 shifts per month (including 24-hour shifts)
- Flexibility to cover weekdays and weekends as specified
- Willingness to comply with hospital protocols and licensing requirements
- Travel, licensure, certification, and other applicable reimbursements provided
