Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree with full medical license in the applicable state
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience in obstetric care, including on-call duties
- Ability to manage full scope OB/GYN services in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-risk obstetrics
- Proven track record in outpatient clinics for obstetrics
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Successful completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Previous locum or hospitalist experience in obstetrics
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to serve on call and perform clinic duties as required
- Valid medical license and DEA registration
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and neonatal resuscitation (NRP)
- Ability to travel as needed; reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses will be provided
