- Other Details: The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and other conditions using appropriate clinical measures such as patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostics. They will provide or prescribe treatment, communicate effectively with patients, and offer guidance on preventive care. The role includes accurate documentation for continuity of care, compliance, and billing, as well as collaboration with colleagues and leadership of the clinical care team. Physicians must be available for office visits, phone and electronic communication, and on-call coverage per policy. Ongoing participation in quality improvement, patient safety, and professional development is expected. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, be residency-trained in their specialty, and hold a valid state medical license, DEA certification, and BLS or ACLS as required. Strong communication skills, compassion, trustworthiness, and respect for patient confidentiality are essential.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Residency-trained in the applicable specialty
* Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state
* Board certified or board eligible
* Valid DEA certification in the applicable state
* BLS or ACLS certification upon hire or within 90 days (depending on the care setting)
