We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Billings, Montana. The role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a well-established hospital setting. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical exam, and diagnostics.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions and illnesses.
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists for coordinated patient care.
- Accurately document all care activities in the medical record.
- Be available for patient care, office visits, phone consults, and on-call coverage as required.
- Participate in organizational initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Support the mission, values, and goals of the health system.
- Monday through Friday
- 8 hours per day | 40 hours per week

- MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Completed residency training in Internal Medicine or related specialty
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Montana (or willingness to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospital Medicine
- DEA certification for the state of Montana
- BLS or ACLS certification (required upon hire or within 90 days)
