Saint Francis Health System, in partnership with Warren Clinic—the largest physician group in Oklahoma—is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist to join our well-established team in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, employed position offering a collaborative work environment with 90+ hospitalists and exceptional administrative and clinical support.
As a day hospitalist, you will care for adult patients (16+) across a 900-bed adult facility, with access to robust sub-specialty support, 4 closed ICUs, and dedicated discharge coordinators. This opportunity is ideal for providers looking for a stable, growth-oriented program with strong team camaraderie, excellent retention, and academic collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
• Setting: Inpatient, adult medicine
• Annual Shifts: 182
• Daily Census: Average of 18 patients
• Admissions: 1–3 per shift (round robin rotation)
• No procedures required (available by request)
• Support Staff: 30 day-shift hospitalists, discharge coordinators, rapid response/code teams
• Teaching Opportunities: Yes – Oklahoma State University & University of Oklahoma
• Call:
o One day of triage day call per month
o No floor call after 7:00 PM
o No ER call or admissions after 4:00 PM
o Codes managed by code team; hospitalist involved if it is their patient
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
o Must obtain Board Certification within 7 years of completing training
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
• Passion for inpatient care and teamwork within a large, integrated system
