PREFERS LOCAL CANDIDATES
Start Date: ASAP, roughly 30 days to credential
Contract Length: LOCUMS TO PERM. 3-6 month contract.
Shift Details: M-F, 8:00-5:00
Patients per day: 12-15 patients per day, sometimes up to 18 pts in SNF
Patient population/age: Geriatrics
Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes or IMLC
Credentialing time frame: 30 days ~
Willing To License: Only IMLC
Post Acute Care - Seniors
Will be rounding patients in Assisted Living Homes, SNF, Home Care, Palliative Care
MD or DO
Will consider physicians with a Geriatrics, ER, or Hospitalist background
Travel/Lodging: LOCAL PREFERRED.
