Seeking BC Hospitalist to lead team in Syracuse, NY
Overview:
Lead and manage the physician and Advanced Practice (AP) hospitalist team
Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the hospital setting
Implement evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital performance
Participate in hospital-wide strategic initiatives to improve quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
Balance 50% clinical duties and 50% administrative responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
Total base compensation of $300k+ including productivity pay
