Overview
An excellent full-time opportunity for an OB Hospitalist to provide in-house coverage across multiple hospital campuses. The role offers a balance of clinical practice, resident education, and advanced obstetrical care in a collaborative academic environment.
Practice Highlights

Provide in-house OB hospitalist coverage across three campuses (one site per day).

Staff and supervise residents on Labor & Delivery.

Perform gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy, and manage clinic patients.

Manage high-risk pregnancies and perform advanced obstetrical surgeries.

Teach and mentor residents and medical students in both clinical and didactic settings.

Collaborate with GME teams to enhance curricula and educational outcomes.

Work within a Level III NICU facility with a strong academic residency program.

Structured 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holiday coverage).
Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN – REQUIRED.

At least 2 years of experience preferred (strong new grads considered).

Active OH license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED.

DEA – REQUIRED.

Clean malpractice and license history – REQUIRED.

Must be willing to rotate between all 3 campuses.

Must demonstrate interest in team-based obstetrical care, resident education, and managing high-risk pregnancies.

Not open to Locum, Locum-to-Perm, 1099, visa candidates, or alternate shift models.
Schedule & Coverage

12-hour shifts covering both days and nights.

Rotating weekend and holiday coverage (3-year planned holiday schedule).

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts at increased hourly rates.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $300,000 with a guaranteed 5% annual increase.

Sign-on bonus: $35,000–$40,000 (negotiable).
