Job description
A reputable multispecialty group in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join their well-supported hospitalist team. This is a full-time, daytime position with a flexible scheduling model that prioritizes work-life balance.
The hospital offers a semi-open ICU and is supported by a robust hospitalist program, including designated admitters. Additional shifts are available for those seeking to increase earnings.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patients in a semi-open ICU setting.
Serve as a designated daily admitter on a rotational basis.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation and comprehensive patient records.
Deliver patient and family education with clear, compassionate communication.
Utilize the Epic Electronic Medical Record system.
Engage in team-based care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Optional: Pick up additional shifts based on availability and interest.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Washington State medical license.

Working Hours
Day shifts with a flexible scheduling model (180 shifts required in the first year).
