Position Type: BC/BE | Hospital Medicine | Day and Night Shifts Available
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Hospitalists to join a growing and respected hospital medicine program at a regional Level II Trauma Center. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that values collaboration, quality, and work-life balance, supported by a once-in-a-generation \$232 million expansion to modernize and enhance patient care services.
Position Highlights:
* Flexible full-time and part-time positions available
* Average of 183 shifts per year for full-time
* 9- or 10-hour shifts (not 12-hour)
* No Code Blue, Rapid Response, or Stroke call responsibilities
* 24-hour ICU coverage with procedural support from Interventional Radiology
* Separate call and rounding shifts to optimize patient care focus
* Multispecialty collaboration with surgical, ICU, and trauma teams
* Diverse patient population with broad clinical exposure
Practice Environment:
* Over 30 hospitalists and several advanced practice providers currently employed
* Strong relationships with specialty services and a reputation for excellent outcomes
* Opportunity to teach residents and medical students (academic appointments available but not required)
