Job description Hospitalist – Fargo, North Dakota Permanent | Day Shifts | 7-on/7-off Schedule | Closed ICU Position Highlights:

  • 140-bed facility
  • Closed ICU – No procedures required
  • 24/7 intensivist support
Schedule: Daytime Hospitalist role 7-on / 7-off (flexible scheduling options available) Team Environment: 20 full-time hospitalists + strong NP support Collegial and collaborative hospitalist team Patient Load: Average of 14–17 patients per shift No night shifts required for this role Candidate Profile:
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in:
  • Internal Medicine – Required
  • Family Medicine with strong hospital-based experience – Accepted
