Nocturnist Hospitalist – Eastern North Carolina (Inner Banks region)
A growing hospitalist program in eastern North Carolina is seeking an experienced Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time nocturnist opportunity.
Position Highlights:
- Employed by a 9-hospital, physician-led health system
- 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
- Established team of 8 physicians and 4 APPs
- Average inpatient census: 45 | Night admissions: 6–8
- ICU procedures preferred, but not required (10-bed ICU)
- Full specialty support available onsite
