Healthcare United is now recruiting a full-time Hospital Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in southeastern Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment located near vibrant urban centers and scenic coastal areas.
Position Highlights
As a Hospital Medicine Physician, you will:

Work full-time, 12-hour shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Primarily work day shifts, with the flexibility to cover a 9-hour swing admitting shift if needed.

Be assigned to either of two nearby affiliated hospitals based on staffing needs.

Enjoy a practice free of procedures and mandatory night shifts.

Collaborate with experienced hospitalist colleagues in delivering efficient, patient-centered care.
Hospital Facilities:

Two affiliated community hospitals with strong support from specialists and ancillary staff.

Integrated EMR system and hospitalist-focused workflows to optimize care and communication.
Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Strong clinical and communication skills.

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (no visa sponsorship available).

Flexibility to work at different sites and occasional swing shifts as assigned.
