Locum Physician - Hospitalist - Oncology in Boise, ID

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient rounding, admitting, and consulting for oncology patients.
• Manage both oncology and hematology patients while administering medication.
• Provide care in an inpatient oncology unit with no supervisory responsibilities.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in weekend coverage as assigned.
• Coordinate with outpatient oncologists for support and questions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Medical Oncology/Hematology (required).
• Current Idaho medical license (required).
• Current CSR, DEA, and BLS certifications (required).
• Clean background and malpractice history (required).
• Local candidates preferred; non-local candidates will have reimbursement options.
• Must be vaccinated for COVID in order to work at this facility (required).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Idaho Medical License.
• DEA Registration.
• Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
• BLS Certification.
