Join Our Team as an OB Hospitalist in Langhorne, PA!

We are seeking a dedicated OB Hospitalist/Laborist to become a part of our team in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Boasting state-of-the-art facilities, our practice provides exceptional maternity care, ensuring high-quality oversight for our Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Units. You will work in an environment that prioritizes safety and comprehensive care for mothers and newborns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight for the Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Units.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week, with a schedule discussed at the interview.
• Collaborate with a variety of specialists, including high-risk pregnancy experts and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Engage in an array of prenatal healthcare services such as pre-conception counseling and high-risk pregnancy management.
• Participate in meaningful maternity classes and childbirth preparation programs.
• Be available 24/7 to assist with unexpected obstetric emergencies.
• Develop personalized birthing plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Offer support for breastfeeding through education and consultation by certified lactation consultants.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
• Possess a valid Pennsylvania medical license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
• NCC certification in fetal monitoring (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire) – REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• NCC certification in fetal monitoring within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board certification in OB/GYN.
