UHealth is seeking a part-time Regional Medical Director to perform initial patient exams and collaborate with APPs to oversee patient care and clinical teams in post-acute and long-term care settings. Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Manage relationships with facility administrators and key stakeholders.
• Hire and develop additional physicians as the region expands.
• Drive clinical excellence and business growth in your market.
Qualifications
• BC/BE preferred.
• Active Virginia medical license preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Working Hours
• No nights, no weekends, no call.
• Part-time physicians visit facilities as little as one day a week
