Salary: $290k-400k
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join our expanding inpatient system in Eastern Tennessee. This is an exceptional opportunity offering top-tier compensation, a clear two-year partnership track, and extensive benefits.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedule: Work a minimum of 12 shifts per month, up to 22 shifts if desired.
- Highly competitive compensation: Base salary of $290,000+ with additional production incentives.
- Sign-on or relocation package: $25,000.
- Partnership track: Achieve partnership in just two years, leading to earnings exceeding $400,000+.
