Hospitalist Opening in AZ | No Procedures | Flexible Schedule
Hi. If you are in the market for a new Hospitalist practice that offers a great work environment, option to work with residents, and a flexible schedule please review below:
HOSPITLAIST -DAY SHIFTS ONLY
PRACTICE
*Hospital employed structure
*166 Shifts per year
*You can set your desired schedule (E.g. - 10 on 10 off, 30 on 30 off, 14 on 14 off, 5 on 5 off, etc.)
*NO PROCEDURES
*True census is 16/day
*No mid-level supervision duties
*Can teach residents if desired (extra stipend)
*8 Rounding teams, 2 admitting teams, and 2 nocturnist teams
*Leadership opportunities
*30 Day blackout period for vacation time
*270 Bed hospital
*Level I Trauma center
*Comp = From $281K to $373K based on experience
*$12K Quality Bonus
*Extra shifts up to $179/hr
*Sign-on bonus of $40K+, $5K CME, malpractice, tail, Loan support programs
*Relo up to $20K
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
*BE/BC in IM or FP
*2+ Years experience as a hospitalist
*Does not qualify for sponsorships
*Open to all experience levels
