Required Skills:
- Valid Medical License and Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB training.
- Proven experience in hospital-based OB/GYN care, including emergency GYN cases.
- Ability to provide first assist in obstetric procedures.
- Competency in managing level 2 NICU situations.
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as PBAR or Cerner.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative approach.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-risk obstetrics and Level 2 NICU management.
- Familiarity with MFM services.
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of recent hospitalist OB/GYN experience.
- Current ACLS and NRP certifications.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 12- or 24-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Possession of or ability to obtain necessary state licensure and hospital privileges.
- Travel reimbursement when applicable.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality standards.
