Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid medical license and current OB/GYN certification
- Proven experience managing obstetric cases, including deliveries and triage
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital team
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in Level II NICU settings
- Previous locum or hospitalist experience
- BLS/ACLs certification
- Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts and schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice post-residency
- Prior experience in a hospital-based setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work varied hours as needed
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Compliance with all hospital and state licensing requirements
