Years of Experience: Relevant hospitalist experience preferred.
Specialized Experience: Proficiency in procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, central lines, and ventilator management.
Prior Duties: Inpatient care, including ICU management.
Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License and DEA without restrictions.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS preferred.
Job Duty Summary:
The Hospitalist will manage acute inpatient care in a 25-bed hospital, including ICU oversight, procedures, and collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Schedule:
- Full-time 1099 contractor model.
- Block scheduling: 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off.
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM onsite.
- Night call: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (unrestricted)

Pay Summary:
Salary Range:
- Full-Time 1099 Contractor Model:
- $210/hr base compensation.
- $10/hr quality and productivity bonuses.
- $42/hr PM call coverage.
- $210/hr call back pay.
