Fulltime Hospitalist Needed in Nashville, Tennessee Suburb | Day Shifts, week on, week off | Closed ICU | Private Organization

Position:

• Join a 14-person physician group of Hospitalist, Intensivist and Pulmonology-Critical care, with 8 midlevel providers
• 150 Bed hospital, 12-hour day shifts 7a-7p, with last 2 hours being short call and extra staff, average 10 hours a day on site
• This is day shifts only, 7 days on, 7 days off schedule
• Hospital is a Closed ICU, no procedures are mandated and they are handled by other specialist
• Shift consists of 4 MDs who round, and 2 Nurse Practitioners who handle admissions, pharma calls, and coding inquiries
• Hospitalist average 18-20 encounters a day
• Group does cover other hospital and extra work can be done for additional income when desired
• Fulltime, employed with $315,000 base and ability to bonus on Quality
• Sign on and relocation stipend, paid CME, 4% 401k match, full benefits for provider
