Clinical Details

• Daily census- 20-25 daily per team
• Nightly admissions- Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and it’s early in the night)
• Number of ICU beds- 8 (OPEN ICU)
• Specialty Coverages- cardiologist, neurologist, OB, Pulmonology
• 31 med surg beds/private rooms

Requirements

• Active OH License
• Board Certified in ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS)
  • EM boarded physicians need NRP
  • Other boarded physicians need ACLS, ATLS, BLS, NRP and PALS
• Must have 2+ recent experience
• Procedural logs required from every Provider within the past 12 months (ie. - April 2023 – Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents
• Covid vaccination
• Procedures Required- Due to open ICU hospitalist need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes

Support Staff

• 2 physicians on day shift, 1 on night
• APP shifts- 7a-7p (2 APP’s)
