One of our clients in OH needs assistance with a Hospitalist locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details.
Location: Southwest, OH.
Coverage Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
Schedule: 7 on/ 7 off, 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Practice Details: Daily census- 20-25 daily per team. Nightly admissions- Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and its early in the night). Physician shifts- 7a-7p (2 physicians) and 7p-7a (1 physicians) Daily encounters 10-15.APP shifts- 7a-7p (2 APPs) Daily encounters 7-10. Number of ICU beds- 8 (OPEN ICU)
Required Procedures: Due to open ICU hospitalist need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codes. They have 31 med surg beds/private rooms. They can double if needed.
Setting: Inpatient, Hospital
EMR: EPIC
Must be OH licensed, ACLS, ATLS, BLS,NRP, PALS, boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS), COVID-19 Vaccine (Required) PROCEDURAL LOGS required from every Provider within the past 12 months (ie. - April 2023 Present) reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents - REQUIRED
Malpractice, travel, and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf.
