A facility in Portsmouth, VA is looking for a Hospitalist to cover specific dates in June - August for night shift and call. Do you have any availability to help?
- Open dates: June: 6/5-6/12, 6/14-6/28; July: 7/12-7/31 ; August: 8/1-8/31
- Schedule: Night shift 8p-8a
- Call Schedule: 7on/7off, flexible
- Patient Population: Adult
- APP Coverage: Daytime only. No overnight APP coverage.
- Solo coverage
- Admissions: 8-12 per shift
- Inpatient: Total patient census runs 88+
- 7-10 admissions overnight in addition to floor calls
- No In-house codes, no rounding
- Community Hospital. Not a trauma center
- Requirements: Board Certified, VA License, VA DEA, ACLS/BLS, Clean Background, Local provider preferred
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: Temp privs. ~20-30 days
