This government client offers a unique opportunity that pays daily rates for full and half-days. PRN is available for physicians within 25 miles of the evaluation center in Flagstaff, or you have the option of doing these evaluations in your private practice.

• Quick credentialing & onboarding
• No prescribing or treatment
• DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified.
• One-time bonus of $650.00 for completing all required training and working first shift/exam
