Our client in Nansemond County, VA is in need of a Locum Hospitalist for an ongoing assignment!
Job details:
- Start Date: June - September 2024
- Shift: 12/hr shifts, 7 on 7 off. 10 - 14 shifts a month
- Average admissions: 8 -12 per shift
- Average inpatient census: 88+
- No rounding; however, nocturnist will be responsible for floor calls. 7 units (2s, 3n, 4s, 4n, 5s. CVT Stepdown, and CVT ICU)
- No overnight APP coverage.
- No other Hospitalists present during shift
- EMR: EPIC
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified
- VA License
- Must have active DEA
- Must have clean file
- ACLS/BLS Certified
- Local provider - HIGHLY preferred
