• Well-established, collegial Hospitalist service; committed to providing the highest quality of patient care
• Beautiful & up-to-date facility; home to several busy surgical service lines
• Avg. of 10 patient encounters/day - focus on quality, not quantity
• Unique block schedule - enjoy as many as 11 days off in a row, while also avoiding feeling burnt out at the end of every other "week on" if you were in a more rigid 7 on/off schedule
• Extraordinarily flexible, truly family-friendly scheduling

• IM or FM welcome
• Extremely competitive compensation: $180-200+/hour
• Additional quality bonus
• Generous 120K recruitment incentive includes signing bonus & relocation stipend
• Most providers work 12-14 shifts/month. Plenty of opportunity to pick up extra shifts if desired, but lighter schedule (~10 shifts/mo.) also available.
