- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine hospitalist
- If not board certified, hospital guidelines require physicians to be board certified within a year of finishing residency
- Days only
- Work Monday-Friday, 8a-4p
- Residents manage all patients
- You’d supervise, sign notes, teach residents/medical students
- Nights are covered by residents – they’d call you if they encountered a problem
- 5-6 patients are discharged per day; 5-6 new admissions per day
- 22 bed floor
- Closed ICU
- No procedures
- All subspecialties on site
- Patients are mostly cardiovascular/telemetry
- You’d provide weekend call phone call coverage 1:4 weekends
- Research opportunities available, if desired
- Work with a residency program
- H1 visa candidates welcome – H1B cap exempt location
- EMR: AllScripts
- Organization Information:
