HOSPITALIST/NOCTURNIST OPPORTUNITIES:

FREEMAN HOSPITALIST DETAILS:

• • Ten physicians typically scheduled per day

• • Average census is 15-18 each + average admissions per day is 3 each

• • 12-hour shifts

• • 7a-7p

• • 7p-7a (split shift)

• • • In the hospital from 7a-midnight and can leave, but need to be available until 7am (refer to as a Split Shift) – for direct admissions, etc.

• • • NP and resident support

• • • Approximately 2/month

• • Shift based compensation: 172-day shifts @$1736, 10 split shifts @$1350

• • Additional shifts are available for increased earnings

• • +$200 per shift differential over 14 shifts per 28 days

FREEMAN NOCTURNIST DETAILS:

• • 7pm-7am: Average of 18-20 admissions

• • Support from resident(s)

• • Shift based compensation: 182 shifts at $2000/shift

• • +$200 per shift differential over 14 shifts per 28 days
