- Several hospitalists are needed to join this prestigious, academic, Long Island institution’s growing team
- Care for a panel of patients who are admitted without their own physician
- Provide care to patients admitted to the medicine service before a permanent inpatient team is assigned
- Teach and supervise residents and medical students who care for patients on the teaching service
- You will work nights and weekend days in accordance with service needs
- Schedule requires seven (7) days on and seven (7) days off, with the opportunity to do extra per diem shifts for the Hospital
- Twenty-six weeks clinical and 26 weeks non-clinical (two clinical weeks given as PTO and two non-clinical weeks as PTO)
- Base salary $250K days/$270K nights plus max $25K incentive bonus and generous benefits package equal to an additional 30%
