Seeking a BE/BC Hospitalists with Leadership and/or Physician Advisor experience to join our team.

System is a private, multi-clinic, single hospital system, providing services to patients from Northeast Missouri, Southeast Iowa and West-Central Illinois. We are nearing completion of our $61 million dollar renovation and expansion project. Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice consisting of 18 specialties and 45+ providers. The state of the art office is located in a Medical Office Building attached to the hospital.

• No procedures required and only respond to code stroke.
• $2,060 per 12-hour shift (182 shifts per year)
• $20,000 Production & Quality Bonus
• Additional shifts at a higher rate available for additional earning potential (2,000 per shift over 182)
• $300 Night Shift Differential
• 7 on 7 off with flexibility
• Closed ICU
• 12 hour shifts
• 7a - 7p
• 182 Shifts per year
• Sunrise Allscripts EMR, with Dragon Capabilities
• Daily Encounters: Average 12-17 patients
• 24 Hour Intensive Care coverage available
