Join a team of dynamic, result-oriented professionals part-time with no call responsibilities!

Responsibilities:
  • Rounding between 2 facilities available 3 days a week on a part-time basis to start in area
  • Patient volume 15-20 per physician per day
  • Provide primary care services in post-acute care facilities, including skilled nursing and assisted living?????
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians within facilities
  • Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
  • Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care
Qualifications:
  • Background in providing primary care in internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM), emergency medicine (EM), urgent care, physiatry, PM&R, or geriatrics.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $140,000-$150,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
