**Hospitalist opening - New Castle, PA**
Located in West Central PA - 50m to Pittsburgh, 100m to Cleveland
H1 Eligible

**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employed
- Full APP & specialist support
- Overseen by a hospital president who is a cardiologist, born & raised in the community. The priority is to expand a sustainable, hospitalist service attracting the best hospitalists to take care of her community one that is focused on quality care rather than productivity.
**About the Job**
- Total of 6 hospitalists (5 day/1 night) and 7 APPs (5 day/2 night) for every 12-hour shift
- Procedures/lines provided by inhouse General Surgery residents
- Intubations provided by ER/Anesthesia
- ICU is open but managed almost exclusively by renowned Pulm/CC service
- CC services provided in-person during days & via tele CC at night
- Tele Critical Care service provided by renowned Pulm/CC program & coordinated by APP
- Tele-Hospitalist service provides cross coverage as needed
- 7 on/7 off schedule, 12-hour shift
