Located in Stayton, OR - Salem 16m, Portland 61m
Seeking a Hospitalist to join our medical team in Stayton, Oregon. A great opportunity to join a hospital dedicated to providing exceptional personalized care to patients an environment focused on promoting healing, education, health, and wellness.

* Will see 13 - 20 patients per day
* Number of admits per shift: 1 to 5
* EMR is Centriq
* Scheduled shifts: flexible 5 on 5 off with 14 shifts per month being full time
* ICU open
* 4 bed ICU
* Procedures required
* Who runs codes: Physician who gets there first, staff until physician arrives. This can be ED Physician or Hospitalist.
* Telemedicine for ICU support
**Job Qualifications**
* Graduate of a 4-year Medical School or equivalent and completed Internal or Family Medicine Residency
* Minimum of 1-year of Hospitalist or Chief Residency experience required
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
* Unrestricted Oregon Medical License
