Requirements
- Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Completion of an accredited internship and residency.
- Active license to practice medicine in the state of New York.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, along with a valid NYS License/DEA.
- Commitment to professional excellence and delivering compassionate patient care.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with Advanced Practice Providers.
