Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Conduct 12 clinical shifts and 36 hours of administrative duties monthly.
Lead in scheduling, supervising, and evaluating the Hospitalist Services.
Develop training programs and orient new physicians.
Participate in recruitment and attend key meetings.
Manage quality metrics and policy issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in hospital operations.
4 years Hospitalist Experience
