In collaboration with Jefferson Hospitalist directs and coordinates administrative and clinical services for hospitalist group. Coordinates patient care from admission to discharge for the Jefferson Health - NJ Hospitalists in all three hospitals. Acts as a liaison between patients, nurses, doctors, and different departments within the hospital or care facility. Resolves internal/external issues to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Promotes the Jefferson mission, vision, and hospitalist goals. Communicates to direct report as appropriate.

High School Diploma, additional education preferred but not necessary. 2-4 years experience working in a medical office or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word). Ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Positive attitude and a strong team player.
