- MD or DO from an accredited medical school - required
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Maryland medical license without restrictions
- Current CDS license, DEA certificate, and ACLS certification required
- Must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills
- New grads welcome to apply
- Full-time employed Inpatient position (will consider part-time)
- Our team consists of 15 employed physicians and 15 APP’s
- Provide voluntary medical services to patients referred by primary care physicians and admitted through the ED
- In-house physician coverage for medical/surgical/PCU and ICU patients
- Skilled in documenting appropriately
- Provide clinical support and direction to physician assistants
- Location: Northwest Hospital, Randallstown, Maryland
- Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off – 12-hour day
- No call required - Moonlighting opportunities available
- 100% clinical opportunity
- Closed ICU
- Engage with approximately 14-16 patients per day with a dedicated admitting team
