- Permanent, full-time position
- Board Certified IM or FM
- Active Massachusetts license or ability to obtain
- Experience is a must
- 7on 7off Daytime schedule
- 12-hour shifts 7am " 7pm
- 182 shifts per year
- Average encounters = ~16
- No call
- No procedures
- Will run codes with intensivist
- ICU " Intensivists on-site all day
- Salary $272k - $300k
- Plus, incentive bonus
