Located 73 miles east of Indianapolis and 67 miles northwest of Cincinnati.

**Position Details:**
- Full time, permanent position
- Hospital employed
- Full-time hospital employed position
- open to FM and IM trained providers with hospitalist experience and Anesthesia training
- Join 1 Physician, 3 APPs, support staff, (1 MA per provider to help support), 1 phlebotomist, 2 RNs, 3 LPNs
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5, 8s or opened to 4, 10s
- Average patients per day: 6-7 patients
- At one location 
- Working with all surgical service lines: general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, orthopedic spine, OB/Gyn, urology, GI, ENT, vascular surgery, cath lab and plastics
- Highly collaborative; multi-disciplinary teams to optimize surgical patient 
- Opportunity to work with Family Medicine residents and 3rd and 4th year medical students
**Compensation**
- Competitive starting base compensation
