Hospitalist opportunity two hours from Fort Worth, Texas. Join a faith-based institution that serves a large patient population. Job ID #68343
Details
- BC/BE Internal Medicine
- 7 on/7 off 7 AM-7 PM ( or 7 PM-7 AM for Nocturnist)
- Every 6-8 weeks work 1 week of nights
- 15 shifts per month ( option to pick up more)
- 15-20 pts per day
- Average of 6-10 admissions for day shift (and night shift)
- When working nights. primary responsibility is admissions with some cross coverage for the floors
- Must be comfortable with open ICU
- Pulm/ CC support is available
- Procedures are highly preferred but not required
- APC's do the majority or procedures
- Procedures performed are arterial/ Central lines and dialysis catheters (ER will intubate)
- Allscripts EMR
- Run codes on your own patients
